Tickets can be purchased through the "Tickets" banner on the website www.rfet.es.
- Where can I collect my tickets?
Tickets purchased through our website are "print-at-home" tickets that you can print from your confirmation email. The only authorized sales channel is www.rfet.es. Purchasing tickets from unauthorized points is strictly prohibited. Using tickets obtained outside official channels may result in expulsion from the venue and legal actions as per current regulations.
For specific information, please check “the Access conditions” in your ticket.
- Can I buy tickets at the venue box office?
Tickets can only be purchased at the box office on event days, and only if there are still tickets available.
- Can I pay for box office tickets with a debit or credit card?
Yes, you can pay in cash or with a credit card.
- What are the box office opening hours?
The box office will be open at least from the start of the matches and while matches are being played on the court. However, we recommend purchasing your tickets online at www.rfet.es
- If I lose my ticket or it gets stolen, can I reprint it?
As a rule, if you bought your ticket online, you could reprint it by accessing your confirmation email.
As a specific rule in lost or stolen case: To prevent access issues, we recommend filing a loss or theft report and then, send it to us previous the gate open to cancel the previous ticket and issue a new one. If your lost ticket is used, you will not be able to enter the venue.
- Can I use my ticket on my mobile device instead of printing it?
Yes, you can download your tickets in PDF format and present them on your mobile. Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.
- If I buy a ticket but cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- What happens if I buy tickets from unofficial sources?
They may be invalid and denied at the entrance. Always purchase your tickets from official channels.
- Can I post a picture of my ticket on social media?
We recommend not sharing photos of your tickets. If you do, make sure the barcode or QR code is not visible, as unauthorized use could invalidate your ticket.
- Do children need a ticket?
All children need a ticket to enter the venue. However, children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat may enter for free. If they require a seat, they must have a valid ticket.
- Entry requirements for minors
According to the law, minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also have a ticket.
An adult can accompany and take responsibility for up to 5 minors under these conditions:
• Be over 25 years old.
• Present authorization from the parent or legal guardian of each minor.
• Provide a copy of the parent or guardian's ID.
Minors aged 16 and 17 must purchase their own ticket and can enter without an adult but must provide a signed authorization at the entrance.
- Can tickets be transferred to another person?
Tickets are nominative. The original ticket holder can transfer them but remains responsible for their proper use.
- Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?
You can bring pre-packaged food that does not require utensils. Glass containers are not allowed. Beverages must be in plastic bottles without a cap and no larger than 50cl according to the law.
- Can I bring a backpack?
Only small backpacks under 25L are allowed. Will be required to display show its content at the Access control.

Only foldable umbrellas are allowed.
- Can I bring a selfie stick?
No, selfie sticks are not allowed.

No, consuming food with shells is not permitted inside the venue.
- What time do the box offices open?
Only on event days, from the start until the last match. They will typically close one hour before the last match ends.
- Where are the box offices located?
They are at the venue’s main entrance. The exact location is yet to be determined.
- Where is Puente Romano Tennis Club?
It is located at Boulevard Príncipe Alfonso Von Hohenlohe, s/n, 29602 Marbella (Málaga).
- What should I tell a taxi driver or enter my GPS?
Use "Puente Romano Tennis Club" as your destination. Since it is a private complex, vehicle access may be restricted at the owner's discretion.
- Where can I park?
Public transport is recommended. Nearby bus routes: L79 and M-220.
Can I enter the venue after the match has started?
Yes, until 15 minutes before the event ends, but entry may be restricted due to tennis match etiquette or at the discretion of the umpire.
- What time do the gates open?
Typically, one hour before the matches, but this is subject to security force regulations.
- Which entrance should I use?
There will be three access gates: one for Sector 1 North, one for Lower Grandstands (Sectors 1, 2, and 3), and one for the West Middle and Lower Grandstands.

If the ticket you purchased is for the grandstand, you will be able to enter the venue and find your way to that seat at your own risk. If you use a wheelchair, crutches, or any other device such as a walker, you will not be able to access the grandstand.
